3. Liability Disclaimer

Fastlane Shipping shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or destruction of packages or items during transit.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical damage to goods
  • Missing or lost items
  • Delays in delivery
  • Mishandling of packages

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Packages are handled by multiple third-party courier and logistics providers throughout the shipping process.
  • Fastlane Shipping does not have direct control over these third-party entities.
  • Any damages or losses incurred are the responsibility of the respective carrier(s) handling the shipment at the time.

4. Risk Acceptance

By using our service, you accept full responsibility and risk associated with shipping items through multiple carriers.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Properly package items for transit
  • Purchase insurance where available
  • Declare accurate item values

5. Claims and Disputes

Fastlane Shipping may, at its discretion, assist customers in filing claims with third-party carriers. However:

  • We do not guarantee claim approval or compensation.
  • Any reimbursement is subject strictly to the policies of the carrier responsible.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Items

Customers agree not to ship any prohibited or restricted items as defined by local and international shipping regulations. Fastlane Shipping reserves the right to refuse service or dispose of such items in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fastlane Shipping, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
